Is your online ordering secure?
PayPro is PCI DSS Certified (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). PCI DSS is the most important security standard for the card payment industry. All transactions are made using a SSL connection (128 bytes) provided by Thawte. The data sent from your browser to PayPro servers is always encrypted. PayPro servers are certified McAfee Secure and scanned periodically by ScanAlert for known vulnerabilities.

The latest in security technology is also used to make certain that communication between your computer and our server happens in a manner that cannot be intercepted or used by any one else.  We use Verisign Secure Server Certificates to help provide this technology. 

Additionally, as soon as we process your transaction (within a few seconds after you submit your order) we do not store your full credit card number. We only store the first digit and the last four digits (for reference). The rest of the card number is deleted.

Do you accept any other payments other than credit card via secure online ordering?
Yes, we do. The other payments we accept are: phone/fax order, mail/check/money order, wire transfer and more. You can choose one which is most convenient to you. Please click here for more information.

How many users/computers should I purchase a license?
Our products are all licensed on the Single User or Computer basis, and there are two types of license - Personal license, Business license:
Personal License: The "Personal" license allows the usage of the software in non-business, non commercial environment for non-commercial purposes (you only intend to use it at home for private use).
Business License: The "Business" license allows the usage of the software in a business, academic, or government environment.

If you have just one computer which is used by many users, you may purchase a single-copy license for your computer. If, on the other hand, you have several computers and your are the only one who uses them, then again, you can purchase a single-copy license and install and use the program on all computers that you have. However, if there are several users at your location who use several computers, you need to purchase the multi-copy licenses, for the number of users or computers (whichever number is less) at your location. 

For example, if there are 2 computers used by 5 users, you need to purchase 2 licenses. If there are 2 users working at 5 computers, then again, 2 licenses must be purchased.

What is your upgrade policy?
We provide free upgrades to all minor versions (for example, from v2.1 to v2.2).

In addition, we provide free upgrades to the versions of the same product that we may release within one year from the date of your purchase. For example, if you have placed your order in January 2000, you are entitled to upgrade to all versions (major upgrades if any, for example, from v2 to v3) that we may release during the next year, up to January 2001. In other words, within one year after the purchase you get all upgrades to the product free of any charges (please simply send us a request for new regCode to reg@ezsoftmagic.com if within the free upgrades period, in case your current regCode may be invalid in the new version).

If your one year of free upgrades (for major upgrades) has already expired, you can purchase the updated version at a discount - please  send an email to reg@ezsoftmagic.com to get upgrade information (please include your existing licensing details in the email). Of course, you don't have to upgrade if you don't want to: you may continue using the version that you have purchased for as long as you like, without paying any additional fees.

What delivery options do you offer?
We offer free email delivery of the regCode(s) by email. That is, after your order has been processed, we will send you your regCode by email, along with a URL link of detail instructions. You would need to download the installation file, run it to install the software, and enter your regCode into the program.

If you prefer, you can also choose to receive the software on a CD-ROM, by mail (additional fee applies). You can select this option on the page you place the order.

What is 'Trial version' or 'Evaluation version'?
This is a version of the software that you can freely download from our web site and install on your computer for the purpose of evaluating whether it works well enough for your needs.

It is exactly the same package between the evaluation and registered (licensed) versions of our products. The only difference is that you can only use it for limited period or functional restrictions for evaluation version.

To be able to use them with no time and function restrictions, you must enter a valid regCode into the evaluation version. We provide you with your regCode after you have purchased a license for continued use.

Can I make a copy for a friend?
Yes, you may give evaluation copies of our programs to your friends and associates (It's shareware, after all!). However, you may NOT share your registration code, if any, with anybody else. Please remember that the registration code we provide you with are for your own use only. If your friends like our programs, please let them purchase their own registration codes. To avoid possible confusion, please give out the original installation files that can be downloaded from this site. 

There are several other simple, but important conditions which we impose on further redistribution of our programs. Unless you have obtained a written permission from us to do otherwise, you must: 

  • Include ALL of the UNMODIFIED original files of the evaluation version.
  • Inform the user that the evaluation copies are for the evaluation purposes ONLY. 
  • Not charge for the evaluation copies. 
  • Not bundle our software with other programs. 
  • Once again, please don't share the registration codes.

What is the 'Registration code' and how does it work?
A registration code is a small set of letters and numbers that we send you after you have purchased a license for our software. You need to enter your registration code into the software to let it know that you have purchased it, so that you are able to use it with no time and function restrictions.

How To Register?
You will get a user name and and a registration code from us after you ordered our products. Enter your registration information following these steps:

1. Running the software you want to register.

2. Select "About" Tab and press the "Register Now" button, a registration dialog box will appear.

3. Input the registration information exactly as what you've got (registration code is case sensitive).

IMPORTANT: It is better to copy and paste the registration code to the registration dialog instead of type it manually, e.g. it's difficult to distinguish the letter "l" (lower case of "L") from "1" (one) and "o" from "0" (zero), etc.

4. Press "Register" button.

5. You need to restart the program to validate the registration code (please close the program and then run it again to make registration to be activated).

When the registration information was accepted, you can use the software with no time and functional restrictions.

How long will I wait for my registration code after I have placed an order?
Once your order is accepted, your registration code will be sent to you immediately! Its a pretty painless process (up to 1 hour for email delivery). Please note that a delay could mean that the e-mail address given in your order form is invalid (due to misspelling, etc.). 

Sometimes, your email server may block the email confirmation email which includes the registration code - it looks like a "unique identifier" or "garbage data" that is often used in SPAM messages. Please send us an e-mail to reg@ezsoftmagic.com in case you don't receive your registration code within 24 hours.

IMPORTANT - If you are using Spam-filter software, please add "@ezsoftmagic.com" to your list of acceptable e-mail senders.

I purchased several days ago but have not receive my registration code. Why?

You should receive an order confirmation email soon (up to 1 hour for email delivery) once your credit card is accepted. Your registration code is included in this email as well (normally near the bottom of the email).

Sometimes, your email server may block the email confirmation email which includes the registration code - it looks like a "unique identifier" or "garbage data" that is often used in SPAM messages. Please send us an e-mail to reg@ezsoftmagic.com in case you don't receive your registration code within 24 hours.

I've lost my registration code. What can I do?
If you register and, for whatever reason, you cannot find find your registration code, please contact us reg@ezsoftmagic.com to retrieve it back. Please provide your Order#, your  full name, mailing address, email address that you had at the time of your original order, as well as the approximate date of your order and the method of payment that you used when purchasing your license, and we will look it up for you. 

Please note that we will do this free of charge the first time, however, if you lose your registration code again, the next time we will ask you to pay a little service fee (please click here to pay). Always print out our message with your registration code and save it with your other important papers.

I entered my regCode and restart the program as requested, but it still has the time or function limitation. Why?
The registration is failed if it still has the time or function limitation. Normally the cause is that you don't enter the regCode correctly - please kindly note that the regCode is case sensitive, and the difference between number and letter like '0' and 'O'; '1' and 'l'.

Strongly recommend you to copy/paste the regCode to field in the registration box and please delete any space/blank characters if any. You can refer the section 'How to register' for the step by step instructions of registration

How to activate my software again when I want to transfer it to my new PC or my current PC was crashed?
Please firstly install the software again on your new environment with the installation file you've backup (the version you purchased). If you don't keep this installation file, you can download the latest version from our download center. Then just follow the exactly the same steps to register the software as you did before with the registration information you have.

How do I download the software I've purchased?
Simply visit our Download Center and download the installation file with the evaluation version of the product that you have purchased. Install it, enter your registration code into it, and that's all! 

IMPORTANT : Make a backup copy of the installation file that you purchased or downloaded from our web site, as well as a copy of our message with your registration code, on a floppy or other removable disk, because if you ever need to reinstall the software, you will need both, the installation file and your registration code to install the software in the registered mode. It's not enough to store the installation file on your hard disk, because if it crashes, you will lose the file. (Yes, hard disks do crash.) We provide for download from our web site the latest versions of our products only. When we release an updated version, we remove the older version from the download area, so the installation file with the version that you have purchased may not be available for download in the future. Please kindly note that it's your responsibility to backup your important files!

I have downloaded this software, How can I install it?
Run the installation program, follow the instructions that appear on the screen. After you finish the installation, you can launch the program from Start/Programs menu. Enter your valid regCode if it is in un-registered mode.

IMPORTANT - If the product has already been installed, please first uninstall it before install the current one.

How can I uninstall the software?
There are two ways to uninstall the software (please make sure the software you want to uninstall is NOT running):
1. Click Start ->Programs-> <name of the software> ->Uninstall <name of the software>, or 
2. Click Start ->Settings->Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs-> <name of the software>

Once uninstall completed, please
restart the computer and delete the corresponding directory as well (normally it is c:\program files\<name of the software>)

How do I upgrade to the latest version?
If you have purchased from us in the past, you can buy a license for a newer version of the same product at a discount. (Or, if you are within the "one year of free upgrades" period, you can upgrade to the newer version without paying anything!) 

Simply send an email to reg@ezsoftmagic.com to get upgrade information (please include your existing licensing details in the email). And remember, when you purchase an upgrade, you get a new full year of free upgrades with it, too! 

The upgrade procedure of the program is simple, please follow the steps below:
1. Download the latest version of the software from our Download Center.

2. Uninstall the version you've installed.

3. Install the latest version you downloaded in the step 1.

4. Restart the computer and launch the program. Enter your valid regCode if it is in un-registered mode.

Note:
By default, the un-installation does not clear your current registration information. If you want to clear it (e.g. switch to your new registration information for upgrade), please just download the file from the corresponding link below and then double-click the file to import and clear your current registration information stored on your system:

I've registered my program on one machine, how to move it to another machine?
First, please uninstall the software on your current machine. Then, just follow the exactly the same steps as you did before to install & register the software on another machine.

Can I download the previous version of your software?
We provide for free download the latest versions of our programs only. Please back up the installation file with the version of the program that you have purchased, along with your other important files, because you will need this file if you decide to reinstall the software. If you don't backup the file that we are no longer offering for download, you can order a replacement of the file from us. Please note that the previous versions are available to the licensed customers only. Click here if you want to order a replacement for the previous version of our software that you have purchased.
